So this video is on Seva acupressure, which was developed after the US's 9/11 tragedy to use for people on the front line. Now, it's often used in hospital settings for patients and can be modified depending on what you can access on said patient. It was super neat, super simple, but it was a cool video to watch so I replicated that experience for you here. Hope you enjoy! :)
