I know we've all had days where we just did NOT get done the things we wanted to get done, and the things we DID get done we feel we could have done better.

Take a deep breath and know that you are doing your best, and your best will look different on different days.

In this video I'm incorporating a peach (because it's peach season here)! Make sure you are giving yourself nutritious food so that you can keep your energy up, and don't beat yourself up if you are using that energy to relax and find soothing things to keep you from ruminating on the negative.
