Tonight's video is about relaxing the inner critic. If you stop to think about it, if you ever knew a narcissist and their gaslighting tendencies, that inner critic can sometimes sound a lot like them. So let's get centered and relax, feel free to fall asleep, and have another crystal healing reiki session. Tonight's background sound in the second half is a clock ticking. I mention a clock ticking in the video and thought it would be a nice special effect for a few moments - but I liked it so much, that I kept it to the end. I hope you like it too.
