This is a bit of mixture of me rambling on about pillows how important they are, creating sounds in my on binaural kind of way, i think some hand movements like i am using the sounds to massage you. anyway this video is to make you feel good. ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Triggers:
Watching massage ** Baba Worlds Greatest Head Massage **
Watching a person focus and describe something there passionate about ** Bob Ross deep voice talking about painting, scraping sounds, brushing sounds. The forefather of ASMR **
Whispering ** Maria GentleWhispering the Queen of ASMR **

Listening to someones voice & the way the talk
Soft spoken voices & certain accents
Hand Movements
Watching Someone Focus on a task
Personal Attention - like a hair cut
Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect
Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together

Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
