🦄 Why am I whispering? What I am doing here? What is ASMR?

ASMR is a relaxing experience using various visual and auditory stimulations. These so-called triggers can be anything and they cause tingling in the head and back, which feels like a pleasant shower, as if someone gently strokes your back and often your eyes keep on closing. In many people ASMR ist triggered by gentle speech or whispering, but not everyone feels ASMR.

I experienced ASMR first when I was a child, but I didn´t know the word for it. A friend had "painted" pictures on my back with her finger, which I should guess.
I have been watching ASMR - videos for years and they help me to relax and get better sleep. I am making relaxation videos to get YOU the feeling I like myself.

I film videos in english and german. Unfortunately I can´t film everything bilingual or twice, that´s why it would make me very happy if you help me to translate my videos for all dreamers of the world in other languages.
