hey everyone, today I came back to the chiropractor for a chiropractic adjustment! In this chiropractic session the chiropractor first showed me how to do a proper squat to avoid injuries when working out! After the chiropractor started the chiropractic adjustments! He first did some back cracking, then neck cracking! I heard mega cracks! It was amazing and very relaxing, every time after a chiropractic adjustment you feel much more lighter!
