ASMR random triggers **LOFI** ~actual camera touching~ | No talking

This was filmed a few weeks ago but at the time I was filming this I was feeling really down which is why you cannot see my face and also why im not talking. I was filming this to calm down my own brain so i hope it helps anyone who needs it. I just want everyone to know that you’re never alone. It’s ok to not be ok sometimes and to reach out whenever you need to. Talk to someone you trust and feel comfortable around.
