and welcome to today's video. In today's video there will be a lot of tingly and relaxing sounds to help you sleep. This is a non-talking video for those of you who fall asleep more easily when there is no whispering at all. I've included more than 50 different triggers (I counted 58 when editing) and a lot of different tools like my microneedling rollers, silicone brush, quartz wand, acupressure pens, chopsticks, oriculi, dental picks, tweezers, pipettes, eye stones, shaving brush, jade comb, new combs, shaver, brushes, rattail combs, bamboo tooth brush, swabs, thinning scissors and much more.

There will be a lot of tingly sounds and also a lot of tracing, touching, palpating, blowing sounds, soft scratching, parting and the sound of gloves of course.
