🩺 Diagnosing Your Insomnia | Very Relaxing Exam for Sleep Problems 💤 | ASMR Soft Spoken Medical RP

SLEEP PROBLEMS BEGONE! To address your insomnia issues, we'll be conducting a chill & relaxed full body examination and a sleep symptom questionnaire to get to the bottom of your sleeping problems. There's a brief eye exam, ear exam, lots of palpation, lots of auscultation with the stethoscope, and a whole bunch of inspection. I think this can lead into a follow-up appointment easily, so I may bring this back in the future :)

This is not meant to be realistic at all, I'm just an actor on the Internet creating relaxing content for entertainment.

Couple notes: I have been informed that malaise is pronounced "mah-layz" not "mal-ee-ayz" which is how I've heard it for years now, feelin' like a proper idiot but now I know LOL and when I talk about dehydration and the blood "thickening", what happens in dehydration is that the blood becomes more concentrated - I don't know that it is "thicker" necessarily, but it definitely takes more effort for your body to move the blood.

Triggers include: soft speaking, ear to ear whispering, writing sounds, asking questions, light triggers, follow my instructions, face touching, inspecting you, examination, eye exam, ear exam, inaudible speaking, air tracing, otoscope, stethoscope exam, guided deep breathing, and palpation.

Hope y'all enjoy, have a whale of a day! :)

❥ I want y'all to have a safe environment here regardless of where you come from, who you love, what you look like, you name it. I don't tolerate discrimination or hatred based on attributes you can't change like where you were born, what color you are, if you have a disability, or who you love– above all, be kind to one another. We're all just people, just trying to do our thing.

❥ About Me:
I'm Calliope, I'm a disabled, Hard of Hearing ASMRtist that got started in December 2016. I found ASMR back in 2011-ish when I was starting high school and it changed my life, so I wanted to create my own content and give back to the community. I'm known for my realistic medical RPs, as well as my pseudoscientific and historical RPs. ASMR is the most important thing in my life, and I hope to continue to make content for as long as possible.

❥ Channel intro created by Bearded Audio ASMR (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJVQJE8WNtZenEzlzpnuA2A) :) background image is “Close-up Photo of Green Leafed Plant” from user Aditya Aiyar on pexels.com, no attribution required.

❥ My equipment:
Audio Recording – Rode NT1-A Microphones, 3Dio XLR Binaural Microphone, Blue Yeti Microphone, Roland CS-10EM Binaural Microphones
Filming – Lumix G85 Camera

⭐ Fun fact! Around 12% of people are thought to dream in entirely black and white, and around 15% of people are sleepwalkers.

❥ Have a whale of a day and a good rest of your night! :)
