Her muscles were super tight, just holding that tension and it was a fight at first, I had to be patient I had to allow her muscles to relax under my pressure, under my hands thumbs and elbows, I had to keep going back to the muscles as I relaxed one I would feel another slowly tense back up... But slowly slowly her body responding as it knew what I was trying to achieve and began letting go, and bit by bit all that stress and tension she had been holding began melting away.
