Hello everyone! Thanks for joining me, I was going through finals and was too preoccupied to find time to film. I was very excited to get back into it again, but had some difficulties this time around! Some of my footage from the first attempt was lost, so then I tried to refilm it... and it's blurry xD. Forgive me! Being a photographer for 8 years apparently doesn't mean you can film easily! (;
Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy this video and can use it to either calm down in a stressful situation, fall asleep, relax, or whatever suits you!
I plan, in the future, to make meditation videos, anxiety related videoes, and tips and tricks for stress/anxiety. Would you be keen on these ideas?
