Compared to regular curls, setting softening perm is much more elastic and strong.
The more it dries than when it is wet, the more elastic and firm the curl feels.
If you have been doing a setting perm for a long time, you will never do a regular perm.
I've seen many cases where, after doing a regular perm due to a change of heart, they set it up right away after a short while saying that they were lagging behind.
The hair weaved at the bottom was wound with an ok-setting half-heat perm that was heated for 24 hours.
This is because the hair is short with the setting rod, so it does not curl.
Our customer's setting softening perm came out very resilient and powerful.
After about a week, the curls will be natural and beautiful.~~
