Hello everyone!! I've been wanting to make "What I Eat In a Day" videos for quite some time now! I LOVE watching these videos, not necessarily ASMR but in general! I dunno what it is, but it's like looking into ppl's shopping cart and being nosy HAHA! I tried to do a voice-over on this but I had too much to say and it became too chatty .. eh not my vibe. I'll figure it out eventually; they will probably be regular speaking. I think lol. I just want to share my love affair with leafy green smoothies and my journey towards health thus far. We can all learn from one another and that's what I love about these videos! Anyways, how do you guys start your morning? Any special concoction that you eat/ drink daily?? Let me know!! :) *Side note, I had a head of cooked broccoli with my dinner! And if anyone is wondering how many calories I eat, I don't track anymore. I've gotten to the point where it has become natural to know how much I need to eat on each day. It really varies on how much I am doing on a particular day. :)*

After discovering ASMR and greatly benefiting from the amazing, therapeutic content out there, I decided to re-create my own childhood tingles and nostalgia! And I hope that these videos will provide you with the same calm and relaxation I've experienced with ASMR. :)
