Practiced in a warm room or a warm envoirment, Be mindfull and listen to the sounds around you, be present and gentle heat will start to create a deeply rejuvenating experience for both your mind and body.

These traditions focus on flexibility, energy flow, and balance. The warm environment reflects Thailand’s tropical climate and helps the body move more freely and comfortably.
