Jinx just wants to talk, that's all! This character is from the show "Arcane" on Netflix based on the game League of Legends. I was a huge League player back in the day and absolutely LOVED the show!! In this video Jinx will give you some personal attention like playing w/ your hair and close whispers in between questioning you and vaguely threatening you :P
