I'm so grateful to all your sweet comments on my last video -- and I heard you all loud and clear + have checked the analytics, and those never lie! 🤣 lol. I implemented a few things that you all seemed to enjoy a lot, so pls let me know if this sort of thing works for you!!! ^^ I want to avoid burnout as much as possible, so green screen editing and getting into character for every video can get stressful! But I figured if I do a little bit of this and a little bit of that, my brain won't explode on itself! lol

🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧
