Root Chakra Healing & Activation | 20 Minute Reiki ASMR | Grounding & Empowering

Hello and welcome to my channel! 🙏❤️

In this 20 minute reiki session we will be taking a look at the benefits of a healthy and balanced Muladhara (root or base). We will be cleansing, healing and activating the root chakra. ☸️🔴

I will be using rosemary, fluorite, tigers eye, sunstone and my quartz wand along with rhythmic work, visualisation and energy healing to bring you back into a state of balance and security and awaken your kundalini energy. I will be adding some red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation. This will help to stimulate the body’s natural healing power and assist you with the absorption of the reiki energy.

An imbalanced or blocked root chakra may cause the following: low energy or motivation, anxiousness, fear of change, nervous energy, self-pity, constipation, back, leg or feet problems and arthritis. Our rhythmic work (tambourine, shaker and shamanic drum) is a technique that our ancestors have used for thousands of years and will help to ground you and stimulate base activation.

Foods and herbs to consider are: red apples, pomegranate, red berries, beets and root vegetables such as sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips and onions and lavender, ginger, Frankincense, clove and thyme. 🍎🥕🧅
