الجميلة والوحش (بالإنجليزية: Beauty and the Beast)‏
تدور أحداث الفيلم في فرنسا في القرن الثامن عشر، عندما يتحول أحد الأمراء إلى وحش دميم على يد ساحرة رفض أن يضيفها في قلعته، ولم تكتفى بتحويله وإنما حولت كل عاملي القصر من الخدم إلى أدوات منزلية على أن يعودوا لحالتهم الطبيعية إذا ما تعلم الأمير كيف يحِب، وعلى الجانب الآخر فتاة تدعى بل، كانت تعاني من الوحدة وعدم تفهم أهل القرية البسيطة لأحلامها وطموحاتها، ويلتقى الوحش بـ بل عندما تذهب للقصر لتحرير والدها موريس المحتجز من قِبل الوحش، وهنا تقوم بل بتحرير والدها مقابل أن تُحتجز مكانه، ويوماً فيوم تكتشف بل أن الوحش يملك قلباً طيباً رغم ملامحه البشعة

استجابة القنوات الحسية الذاتية (بالإنجليزية: ASMR)‏ هي تقنية استرخاء اشتهرت مؤخرا، وتتمثل في التنميل والوخز الخفيف الذي يتولد في مؤخرة الدماغ ويمتد للعمود الفقري والأطراف، نتيجة التعرض لمؤثرات سمعية وبصرية معينة، فيعطي الإحساس بالمتعة و الاسترخاء التام، وهو أمر يختلف من شخص لآخر.

نظرية اي اس ام ار
وتوضح بعض الاستقراءات النظرية في الموضوع أن الأشخاص المصابون باكتئاب أو آلام مزمنة يستطيعون أن يظهروا تحسناً مؤقتاً في أعراضهم المرضية، بعد تعرضهم لظاهرة أي أس إم آر التي عرفت انتشاراً كبيراً في السنوات الأخيرة على وسائل الإعلام والتواصل المعروفة وفي مقدمتها موقع يوتيوب، حيث يلجأ العديد من الأشخاص لعيش هذه التجربة الحسية الغريبة والفريدة كالتخلص من الضغط اليومي للعمل، التقليل من نوبات القلق أو الخوف، التخفيف من صداع رأسي، ال استرخاء الفوري للمساعدة على النوم بشكل هادئ وطبيعي بدون التعاطي لأي حبوب مهدئة ولا مضادات اكتئاب.

رغم عدم وجود دراسات سريرية حاسمة في الموضوع لحد الآن، من أجل وضع تفسير عِلمي دقيق لتلك الأحاسيس المتولدة كردود فعل عصبية طبيعية تجاه محفزات صوتية أو مرئية، ولم قد تختلف ردود الأفعال هذه من شخص لآخر وحسب نوعية المحفز، في حين لا يتأثر البعض بأي منها، فقد قام بعض العلماء بخطوة أولية لدراسة الموضوع.

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. A genre of videos intended to induce ASMR has emerged, over 13 million of which had been published on YouTube by 2018.

Whispering
Psychologists Nick Davis and Emma Barratt discovered that whispering was an effective trigger for 75% of the 475 subjects who took part in an experiment to investigate the nature of ASMR; this statistic is reflected in the popularity of intentional ASMR videos that comprise someone speaking in a whispered voice.

Auditory
Many of those who experience ASMR report that non-vocal ambient noises performed through human activities are also effective triggers of ASMR. Examples of such noises include fingers scratching or tapping a surface, brushing hair, hands rubbing together or manipulating fabric, the crushing of eggshells, the crinkling and crumpling of a flexible material such as paper, or writing. Many YouTube videos that are intended to trigger ASMR responses feature a single person performing these actions and the sounds that result.

Personal attention role play
In addition to the effectiveness of specific auditory stimuli, many subjects report that ASMR is triggered by the receipt of tender personal attention, often comprising combined physical touch and vocal expression, such as when having their hair cut, nails painted, ears cleaned, or back massaged, while the service provider speaks quietly to the recipient.
