Light & Shadow Work ☯︎ | ASMR

Light Language is a wonderful way to facilitate Light Work as it is a form of sound healing that is infused with ancient ascension codes. It is a cosmic language that uses all of the sounds and languages of the universe. With intention, light language is powerful and helps to clear your energy, mind, and emotions. Light codes are made up of high vibrational ascension frequencies that positively upgrade and activate your DNA and consciousness. It can upgrade your state of being, and assist you with light and shadow work.

Shadow work involves finding and acknowledging our inner "demons" (errant thought-forms created by negative emotions) and releasing them with compassion. Purging these shadow aspects of ourselves is an important part of the ascension process. As part of our evolutionary journey here on Earth, we are to heal any remaining karma, shadow energies, and trauma we still carry due to our past lives, ancestral DNA, and/or our traumatic experiences in this life.

ASMR triggers such as whispering and binaural layered sounds are used to help aid in your relaxation and meditative experience. Although it is most commonly known as Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) I also describe ASMR as Awakening the Senses for Mindful Resonance.
