For this ASMR video, I tried to use some food I have to make some triggers sounds. No, it's not an eating video. I tried to move my hands slowly in order to create some relaxing sounds. During the first half of the video, some of the triggers created might be a little bit strong. Don't worry, during the second half, everything gets way more quiet and calm.
I was relaxed when I took this video and I hope it can make you relax when you watch it.
