ASMR New Mics test: 90 Triggers, lot of Tingles

Hi everyone! Let's put my new microphones through an ASMR triggers test! I've bought the Lewitt LCT 440 a few weeks ago but didn't have the time to test them until now. Let me tell you what you think about these new mics! I might do a comparison video with the Rode NT1-A later.

Now, why buying some new mics while the Rode are already great? There are several reasons. Let me explain. I had been having problems with the audio quality of my videos. I wasn't sure if problems came from my recording device (Zoom H6) or from the Rode microphone. For months, I kept on testing without any result. I had read an interview from Dana ASMR where she was saying she uses Lewitt microphones. The interview was also done by Lewitt and I thought this was nice for a company to interview people actually using their mics. A few weeks ago, I also watched a bit of PJ Dreams ASMR video, where he was testing some new mics which were the Lewitt LCT 440. I found the sound quality incredible. Way better than my sound quality. I checked the price and, well, "not now", I thought. Even if those microphones aren't the more expensive on the market (far from it), it's always some big big big money to spend, especially when you need two microphones for ASMR purpose.
I don't remember which of my videos triggered this purchase, but it was one where the recording gain jumped from low on high all of a sudden while I was taking a video. YES, I was triggered. I bought not only the Lewitt microphones but also a new recording device: the Zoom F4.
I could have only bought the new recording device. But you know, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't spend money anywhere "normal" people would and I like testing new audio gears. Instead of spending money everyday on something cheap, I spend a lot of money once a year. And anyway, it's to improve audio quality so, it's all good!
