Hello Friends, Thank you for joining me in a calming crystal healing session. I don't know anyone who doesn't dissociate. It's actually a normal process if it doesn't hold a baseline of trauma and stress. It happens when we drive, eat in front of the TV, and when we gaslight ourselves. Let's just say it. It's not usually just negative self-talk.
This session is intended to help you relax your mind and body so that you can begin to heal those subconscious parts of you who are in pain and being bullied by what you say to yourself. I use Reiki, a gentle voice, and crystals to help you relax and heal. And even sleep better.
