So Much Otoscope! Experimental Ear Exam (ASMR Medical Role Play)

Hey y’all, it’s a new otoscope video! This marks the end of an era … the last video I’ll be publishing that was recorded before I got the sound booth.

I actually recorded this last December. However, there was a LOT of extra noise that needed to be edited out (cars and so much dog barking) and, for a while, every time I sat down to edit I’d hear those background noises and have terrible surges of anxiety remembering how stressful and exhausting it was to try and record it. So I kept abandoning the project. Then, a few days ago, I sat down with the recording again and found that I’ve finally achieved enough emotional distance to be able to work with it without getting upset. Having the booth, and knowing that IT WORKS, contributed significantly toward that newfound feeling of safety and peace, so thank you all so much!

As with all of my otoscope videos, this ASMR personal attention role play features soft speaking, a dash of humor, and lots of tingly ear exam goodness.
