ASMR Therapy session (Typing and Writing triggers)

Hello!

Today's ASMR therapy session is designed to be a follow up appointment where we check your mood using a Mood and Feelings Questionnaire (Adrian Angold and Elizabeth Costello, 1987)
and utilise some CBT therapy techniques by completing a 'Jar of Ants' worksheet together.

ANT stands for:
Automatic
Negative
Thoughts

where we will be exploring some of your negative thoughts and try to challenge these beliefs with more positive affirmations.


This video discusses low mood and negative thoughts and may be a bit confronting for some.
I do try to finish the session as positive as possible but please be mindful that if you are feeling particularly vulnerable you may wish to skip this one.
