ASMR With A Friend - Calligraphy Lesson Soft Spoken

This video was a quick test to play with the new equipment and editing software that I received from a lovely anonymous supporter! I'm still figuring it all out - the volume may sound low through speakers but through headphones the sound should be much louder! It's tricky working out a way to let you hear all of the whispering sounds and little details, while keeping the recording gain low enough to not pick up on as much hiss and noise from my laptop! Hopefully with time and practice I'll find a decent combination! Also forgive my nervousness, many of my friends know about my channel but Kai was intrigued by the idea of making videos, and this was the first time I let a friend see me film. Maybe you'll see him again when he next visits!

In 2011 I started listening to and making videos where I talk softly and gently in order to aid relaxation or sleep or reduce stress. This is something that's helped me for years and I want to continue helping others that may have busy lives, anxiety or sleep troubles, or just want access to a bit of 'me time'.
