This is an ASMR Pomodoro Technique video.
If you don't know, the Pomodoro technique is a way to study, work, or be productive in short uninterrupted segments of 25 minutes without looking at your phone, social media, or any other distractions. I loooove these types of videos so I hope it's helpful to you, too!
Instructions:
1) Choose the task you need to accomplish
2) Work uninterrupted for 25 minutes (no phone, social media, Reddit, etc.)
3) Once complete, you get a 5-minute break.
4) Repeat the video until you're complete with your task.
Disclaimer: This technique may not be for everyone, especially folks with ADHD or Autism.
However, it may be extremely helpful for neurotypical folks who have a hard time focusing on 1 task without looking at their phone or getting distracted by social media.
00:00 - Intro / instructions
01:38 - 25 minutes start
26:41 - Start 5-minute break

A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus.
