I begin by giving you a detailed scalp check with medical instruments, tweezers, rat tail comb, scraping tool with light and give you a scalp treatment as I go onto the dry areas of your scalp with drops, brush it and give you a small scalp massage to help distribute it. I also check your hair for lice with my lice comb as you are complaining of an itchy scalp too. I finish by combing and brushing your hair to detangle it and so that you look nice leaving the office.
