This video is dedicated to unlocking and healing trauma in the body, and is a continuation of my last video, which was made as a stress relief and a way to invite your body to relaxation. But it was also an introduction to the topic that is 'your body' when it comes to awareness, consciousness and how to have lightness, happiness and ease with it.
