For the beef :

550gr boiled beet
80ml olive oil
65gr
2 cloves of garlic
3gr chili flakes
1 onion
Zest from one lemon
Salt, pepper
20 ml soy sauce
Spearmint
Parsley
230gr oat
140gr boiled frumenty ( trahanas)

Bake at 190 C for 20 minutes

For the guacamole:

1 avocado
1 small chopped onion
20ml olive oil
Juice from one lemon
1 tomato
Salt, pepper

Extra sauce :

100gr tahini
Juice from 1 lemon
