Meet badass Sainte Genevieve, patron saint of Paris

I'm leaving Paris in a few days, and wrapping up my life here.

Thank you Sainte Geneviève for your protection while I stayed there.

After 3 years of discovering and rediscovering my own country, I'm glad to say I've stayed here and became a bit of a parisian.

One of my area of study was the religious and spiritual history of the city.

For Youtube, I've been creating a series on the spiritual women of France and of Paris.

Sainte Geneviève is one of them. She is the patron saint of the city. One of her many feat is her protection of Paris multiple times against sieges and invasions.

In 2020, we celebrated 1600 years of her birth.

Not much is left of her in the present consciousness of the people who live here, but she's everywhere. For you, I filmed and read as much as I could for months, I'm ready to share this video.

I can't wait to share with you the full extent of my research and my trips to her locations across the region.
