Leg Massage For Pain Relief - With Relaxing Music [No Talking]

Deep tissue Leg massage to ease aching painful legs and also relieve a painful back. During this massage I used a combination of deep tissue, myo fascial release along with stretching and mobility work, I covered all the legs including getting deep into the glutes.
Sadly when filming with Ria my microphones failured massively making the sound completely useless so instead I've added some soothing music from Chris Collins to help soothe and relax you.
