You’re losing muscle, not just fat.

Bad goal: Lose weight.
Good goal: Lose fat.
Excellent goal: Lose fat, keep muscle.

The difference:
→ Small deficit (not extreme)
→ Manage hunger (not fight it)
→ High-volume foods (not diet foods)
→ Structure meals (not skip randomly)

Weight loss ≠ Fat loss.
