I really have missed sharing with you and I'm very grateful and happy to be uploading a video for you again. Thank you for having had patience with me.

This video is quite improvised but it contains reiki style triggers, such as setting intentions, lighting a candle for us, aura cleansing, and plucking & sweeping away any negative energy or stressful thoughts from the day. Making us calm and relaxed for a good deep rest.

The video includes following ASMR triggers: lots of up-close personal attention, face brushing, mic brushing, reiki plucking negative energy, hand sounds (finger fluttering), hypnotic hand movements, mouth sounds (tongue clicking etc), breathing sounds and more. Video is whispered and soft spoken.
