We all love some light touch tracing up and down the back right? So why not add a little extra with a soothing scalp massage. Perfect to trigger them asmr tingles and relax the entire body just in time for bed to relax you so you can drift off into dreamland. I always find that i enjoy doing the light touch tracing as it allows me to explore the human body and experiment with the quality of touch.... now I know there's a bit of background noise here and there in this one as there was a lot of building work happening around me on the day of filming but hopefully it wont impact the video too much.
