Sammiegirl suggested I make a bacon pizza so I did! It was super good. I fried my chopped up bacon then cooked chopped leek in the bacon fat! I made a 3 cheese blend of smoked gouda , romano , and fresh mozzarella cheeses. It was soooo good.
