Struggling with back pain or tightness? maybe you need a deep tissue back massage to help release your pain... This is actually a re-edit of a video I filmed last year with a local CrossFit athlete. As you can see she has lovely muscular back but was also suffering various aches and pains so this session was all about rebalancing her... easing up any tight muscles, and fascia using various deep tissue techniques along with soft tissue, trigger/pressure point work and stretching... I'm sure after this she felt like a new woman and was able to train hard again.
