brief moments from some days ago because several of you asked for my yoga and therefore, here it is, with me, my pile of laundry and my spectacles, which are always where they shouldn't be.

There is nothing fantabulous about this but it shows how, despite my wonky bits and dodgy joints, I can, at times, move almost gracefully. Such is the beauty of the stillness
