How has your sleep pattern been recently?
Mine has been absolutely shambolic...🥹

I have been waking at 5am everyday and not able to sleep until 12-1am!!
Has anyone cured stress yet? 🙏🏽
With my exams coming up, I have been non stop revising and it is having such a big affect on my mood and sleep!!
