Hey guys, how are you doing today?? 🤗 I had no idea it’s the weekend lol! I hope you’ll try to enjoy it! If you are stuck indoors and happen to be like my cousin, dealing with aunt flow that’s giving you back pain, this video might help! I stretched her with some yoga blocks, opened her hips up, some hamstring stretches etc to warm up the body and move that stagnant blockage! I used to have terrible back pain from getting my period, where I had to take two Advil’s and a nap to alleviate the pain. It was intense! This helped ALOT!! I actually do put the block under my tail bone to elongate my spine when I first begin but it was too complicated for her to do so I avoided the lower back area. And you prob should probably avoid it to, to be safe. Always just focus on upper back and protecting your lower back from any deep curving. I’m not an expert, this is what I do that’s helped me deal with period back pain and tightness in general. So enjoy a casual stretching session and have a great weekend everyone! 😘❤️
