Lotta's ASMR
Published 2 years ago

Hey guys! ๐Ÿฅฐ
Today, I wanted to do another part of series with color coded triggers and this time, it's (light) blue!

This video includes tapping on glass and other items, liquid sounds, mic brushing and more! I also added some face brushing and personal attention.

At the moment, I'm writing exams so I don't know if I'll be able to upload frequently in the upcoming weeks, sorry about that.

I hope you like it, have a good night!

Enjoy! โค๏ธ

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called โ€˜tinglesโ€™). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as โ€˜triggersโ€™.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
