Welcome to today's guided meditation! If you feel uncomfortable at any time please do not force yourself to take part in the guided side of things. Sometimes focusing on physical sensations, especially breathing, can make you feel worse. It's completely normal so don't worry. Sometimes mindful attention just isn't what we need. Listen to your body and make sure you're caring for it as best you can 💕
