Feeling a little stressed? After a check of your heart rate and blood pressure it's time to learn some techniques to try and reduce that stress! Sit back as I talk you through some breathing exercises, guided imagery and even try a little Jin Shin Jyutsu (something I have recently discovered myself) before we move on to my absolute favourite - progressive muscle relaxation. If nothing else, this video is super quiet so you can use it to drop off to sleep - enjoy!
