Sooooo… this video for some reason felt very much on my heart to post. It seems like this time of year, usually the season of bright spirits and joy, is, for many, also some hard-hitting months. I am no exception. I noticed in my stats and recent comments that my ‘I love you’ and words of encouragement videos were on the rise again, and after reading those comments I realize I am not the only one who needs these words right now. Everyone needs love, validation, just someone to tell them it’s going to be ok, someone to acknowledge what they are going through. I really felt like we were due for another one of these videos and I really hope this does help you in whatever way you need, as much as hearing someone say these words to me have helped.
