Easing Pain Caused By Wearing High Heels [Foot Massage] [ASMR][No Talking]

High heeled shoes are really not great for the body, over time the disform the feet altering the very shape of them, but not only that it has a knock on effect all the way up the body as the heels alter the way you stand this can lead to back pain and sciatica, but also more locally plantar fasciitis. I see alot of women in my clinic who have suffered pain from wearing high heels but sadly its part of the dress code or in the past has been part of the dress code for many women. Now Kim here works as a professional model all around England and Europe now and as such spends alot of time in high heels in stress positions and thus a massage like this is required now and then to help ease the tightness and pain she suffers.
