ASMR Hydrotherapy / Insomnia Treatment | HYPNOSIS

Welcome back to OUR channel everyone! If you’re new here, I’d like to welcome you to our family, and I encourage you to introduce yourself below. We sound like a cult, because we probably are.

Tonight’s video is a hypnosis but, only not with usual manipulation techniques. I’ll be using “hydrotherapy”, another form of therapy, similar to EDMR. What’s interesting (in MY OPINION, I am not a mental health professional) about most therapies is that it uses a form of ASMR in a way, different finger snapping, hand movements, audios.. it’s just really cool to find out ASMR is in pretty much every therapy there is. But, with that being said.. I’ll be mixing two different types of techniques for use of water, hand movements, and sound.. to help those suffering from insomnia. So please family! Sit back, relax, and enjoy this therapy. It does get a bit loud at times and that’s a technique as well with the water droplets to manipulate the brain in paying attention.
