Ciao, my name is Elisa and I’m Italian. I found out about ASMR thanks to Maria (Gentle Whispering ASMR) and that changed my life. If you don’t know what ASMR is and if you are not an ASMR sensitive person, you'll probably think "this is weird". Well, I get it, but look it up on the internet before judging me or having fun of me. I’ve always been an ASMR sensitive person, since I was a child, I just didn’t know what it was. When I discovered this amazing community on YouTube, I was able to fight anxiety and find a safe place for me. So, again, before thinking this is completely mental: understand that this helps people, a lot. This is good. Just because you can’t understand it, just because you’re not ASMR sensitive, that doesn’t mean this is wrong or stupid.
