For this Reiki ASMR treatment I wanted you to just slow down and Take a Break Reiki. Sometimes it's hard to stop and give yourself the time your body needs to recover from all the chaos and simple Take a Break Reiki. For this video I use a soft brushing sounds along the heart healing crystal bowl and along the table. I use flowing hand movements, and talk you through this session with soft tones. My intention is for you to Take a Break Reiki, so you feel more clarity and lightness in your body.
