This Gut Health Drink will help you feel less bloated, more energetic and ready to conquer the day with less stomach issues. My Healthy Breakfast Recipes are below. I hope you enjoy them and let me know if you try any of them.

Egg/Avocao & Rice cake recipe:
2 eggs1 2 egg whites
50g avocado
2 rice cakes

Protein chocolate chip pancakes
2 scoops Herbalife alternative protein vanilla or protein powder of choice
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
Blend
Add chocolate chips
Cook on skillet

Protein smoothie
1 cup almond milk
Handful spinach
Protein of choice
1/2 cup berries
Ice
Blend
