The Full Moon is a time of abundant energy in our environment and sometimes it can keep us up all night or not sleeping well, makes us feel stressed or anxious, or easily angered or emotional. I find when I am directing the energy to have a purpose and not just be haphazardly buzzing around I sleep better, am calmer, and overall more comfortable with the Full Moon energy.
