Join me for this Epic foot massage that i loved doing and let me tell you why...
So im not really a foot person, i actively avoid massaging the foot... ive just never liked doing them and will usually only ever work the feet if either they have have a foot complaint such as plantar fasciitis or have requested i work the feet.
And generally when they ask me to work the feet i do it without oil in a shiatsu style way working pressure points around the feet similar to what happens in reflexology.
However since id been requested to do a foot massage for the channel i thought well ill give it a go and try remember my old massage training to incorporate oils...
Now i had a little difficulty organising the filming and my original model for the filming pulled out...
However in stepped one of my longest standing regular clients... but this also meant the pressure was on because not only is she a highly trained therapist herself, But her Dad was a famous reflexologist and her sister is also well know for her foot skills.
However i settled in and bagan apply the oil and slowly rubbing the feet and before i knew it i had got into my grove and was thoroughly enjoying the massage. As i massaged the feet it just seemed to flow nicely i used different techniques from rubbing to getting my knuckles into the sole of the feet, i worked the toes and also pressure point around the feet.
My client was so relaxed i suddenly noticed the tell tell sign of twitching, and knew she had fallen asleep.
Ive used my new mic which you can see on certain scenes as i wanted to try capture those lovely massage sounds to really get you tingling so you really enjoy this asmr relaxing stress melting massage.
